Criteria for working with me:

• You must be good at what you do, the best consultant in the world can’t help a bad business, a bad business owner or a bad selling strategy.
• You can only currently have a maximum of 15% of the total marketplace potential in your category, in fact the less market share you have the better, I like to make smaller companies big.  
• You must have an advertising budget.
• You must have fire in your belly for your business that water can’t put out.
• You must commit to a 12 month campaign.
• You must be able to verify annual sales growth, I get paid on your growth, we’re going to need a way to keep score.
• You must have courage, commitment, focus and an open mind.

What you will get from me:

• You will have a better selling strategy, from answering your phones to marketing your product.
• You will have waaaaay better advertisements.
• You’ll work with the best media buyers on the planet, you will have much better placements of ads, and there’s a chance you’ll spend far less on advertising and get far more.
• You will service your customers better, I’ll help you with that.
• Your friends will think you are the smartest marketer on the planet and wonder how you do it. 

It will cost you $5000 for me to spend 3 days at your business working with you to develop a strategy that’s going to move the needle. Then it will cost $500 – $1500 a month to cultivate the campaign and make sure it’s working and your business is growing. The less market share you currently have the less the monthly investment, remember, I get paid on growth, the more I can grow you in the long run the less I’ll take in the upfront.
